Walk in the Park
If you walk or run through the park behind the golf course, along the LA river in winter you may see something like this on a frosty morning. Hard to believe it's Encino. You can walk the same path in summer and not even realize the river is there. In winter, a lot of the shrubs die back and trees drop their leaves revealing a wintery wonderland right in your own backyard.
